7.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at team@curious-crew.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been accessed or downloaded, provided you were informed of and consented to the loss of your right of withdrawal before the download began.

7.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and offer the option to cancel.

Meeting and consultation bookings are facilitated through Google Workspace. By booking an appointment:

• You consent to providing your name and email address for scheduling purposes
• You agree to Google's Terms of Service as applicable to the booking tool
• You understand that appointment times are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled by either party with reasonable notice
